Established in May 2005, the management team have a wealth of experience in interior fit out and refurbishment ranging from stand alone projects to national roll-out programmes. Our strength lies in the established, proven, working relationships we have with both sub-contractors and trade only manufacturers who share our commitment to handing over seamless, quality projects, time and time again.
We have always found them to be competitively priced producing a completed result of the highest of standards. This is made even more important as our strategy has been to develop a bathroom fitted solution for our customers.
They have surpassed the level of finish we hoped to achieve and as a result, when we relocated to our new location in Welwyn Garden City, bringing together our Support Centre, Customer Services and Installation teams in to a single building of circa 15,000 sq ft. we chose Barker Management Services to complete our fit-out.
All projects have always been finished on time with snagging issues at a bare minimum. We continue to tender for projects and have always found them to be competitively priced.

It is perhaps of less a surprise that both Manchester and Glasgow shop fits were expertly managed; delivered to quality, on time and on budget. Reality is that, this is now a well-established benchmark standard of BMS.
More of a surprise however is that our CEO, Mike Shearwood, took time out of his schedule to explicitly visit our office, paying tribute to two exceptionally well executed projects. He was seriously impressed with the standard of workmanship, quality of finish and attention to detail; the likes of which he had not seen in a first-of concept store before. This feedback is praise indeed and you should be immensely proud that someone of Mike’s calibre and experience has seen fit to pass such positive comment on your work.
